It is therefore the User’s responsibility to ensure the compatibility of their IT resources with developments on the Site.
The Bank cannot be held responsible for the inability to access the Site.
The Bank reserves the right to refuse access to any User if it becomes aware of facts suggesting fraudulent use or attempted fraudulent use of its Site or that the User has violated any of the navigation rules, it immediately informs the User, by any means at its convenience, which is expressly accepted by the latter.

The User is aware that data circulating on the Internet is not necessarily protected, in particular against possible misappropriation.
The User agrees to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software from contamination by possible viruses on the Internet.
The User undertakes to use the Site and the information to which (s)he has access only under the conditions defined by the Bank.
The pages and simulations that the User consults are of a purely informative nature. All data appearing on the Site is updated with the greatest care by the Bank, which strives to use only reliable sources.
Due to the rapid evolution and complexity of the subject matter processed, the Bank provides no guarantee concerning the accuracy and completeness of the information presented on the Site. For this reason the Bank rejects any liability in the event of direct or indirect damage resulting from access to the information, data and publications appearing on the Site, their consultation and their use.

The Bank strives to carry out, in accordance with the current regulations, the operations requested by the User through the Site. Any disruption to the use of the Site cannot incur the liability of the Bank.
The Bank cannot be held responsible or held liable in the event of temporary or total unavailability of all or partial access to the Site, any difficulty linked to response time and generally speaking, any performance deficiency.
The Bank cannot be held responsible for breaches of IT security, which could cause damage to the User's computer equipment and their data.
The Bank cannot be held responsible for the violation of these General Terms by another user.
The Bank cannot be held liable in the event of indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site.
The User may be called into question by the Bank, against any action which would be taken against it, or any complaint which would be filed against it, by a third party, due to the use by the User of the Site in conditions which do not comply with the General Terms. This appeal covers any sum that the Bank might be required to pay for any reason whatsoever, including attorney's fees and court costs recognized or awarded, within a reasonable limit. Use of the Site is not accompanied by any guarantee whatsoever.
The Bank cannot be held responsible if any collection and transmission of personal data, installation of cookies or any other process for similar purposes are carried out by sites to which hypertext links are accessible from the Site or by web bounce/redirection.
The Bank cannot be responsible for the use that may be made of financial information and data relating to financial instruments held by the User or for the consequences that may result, in particular from any decision taken on the basis of the information contained on the Site.
The Bank reserves the right to take all measures it deems appropriate in order to prevent or put an end to the infringement of its copyrights or the copyrights of third parties, without any liability being incurred as a result.
These General Terms do not entail any transfer of any kind of intellectual property rights to the elements belonging to the Bank for the benefit of the User.
The Site, brands, designs, models, images, text, photos, logos, graphic charts, software, search engines, databases and domain names, without this list being exhaustive, are the exclusive property of the Bank.
Any reproduction and/or representation, total or partial, of one of these rights, without the express authorization of the Bank, is prohibited and would constitute an infringement likely to incur the civil and criminal liability of the infringer.
Consequently, the User refrains from any action and any act likely to directly or indirectly infringe upon the Bank’s intellectual property rights.
The Bank grants the User the right of private, non-collective and non-exclusive use of the content of the Site. This right of use includes the right to reproduce for storage, for the purposes of representation on a single-station screen and to reproduce for printing on paper. Any networking/streaming or any form of rebroadcast, in any form, even partial, is therefore prohibited. This right is personal; it is reserved for the exclusive use of the User. It is not transmissible in any way.

Commercial prospecting by email is authorized if the recipient's contact details have been collected in compliance with the provisions of Law 09-08 relating to the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data.
The User has the right to object, free of charge, to the data concerning him/her being used for such purposes.
To protect the confidential nature of their requests, the User is invited to take appropriate measures, depending on their own software and/or hardware, to either prevent the data consulted from being stored in their microcomputer or to delete it once the consultation session is over.
If data is imported into management software, the User will ensure that unauthorized third parties are prevented from accessing it.
As such, the User alone assumes the risks of manipulation and use of his/her connection terminal by unauthorized third parties.
It is also the User’s responsibility to take all appropriate measures to protect the data and/or software stored or loaded on their computer equipment from contamination by viruses or intrusion attempts.
The Bank cannot be held responsible for non-performance of any of its obligations hereunder, particularly in the following cases:
An impediment within the meaning of the preceding paragraph may result in particular from events such as the destruction of machines or equipment, boycotts, strikes or lock-outs in any form whatsoever, occupations of premises, work stoppages, failure to provide electric current, failure of networks or transmission lines as well as unavailability of systems—without this list being exhaustive.
The parties agree to perform their obligations in utmost good faith.
In the event of difficulties of interpretation resulting from a contradiction between any of the titles appearing at the top of the clauses and any of the clauses, the titles will be declared non-existent.
If one or more stipulations of this contract are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, a regulation or following a decision made final by a competent court, the other stipulations will retain all their force and scope.
The contractual documents express the entirety of the parties’ obligations.
Acceptance of the General Terms by electronic means has, between the parties, the same probative value as the agreement on paper.
Computerized or digitized records stored in computer systems are kept under reasonable security conditions and considered as proof of communications between the parties.
This contract is governed by Moroccan law.
This is the case for the substantive rules and the formal rules, notwithstanding the places of execution of the substantial or accessory obligations.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Casablanca Commercial Court.
